Perhaps you’re here because you’re wanting to make a career or business change. It’s hard to go to work and feel stuck, confused, bored, or unmotivated. While assessments have their place (we use several in our practice) and can generalize your strengths and next step options, they are limited because they tell you what you already know and recommend career or business options that ignore the realities of the job market.

In my decade+ of training — with hundreds of clients — after looking at different coaching models, I developed 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘐𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 from the best of what I’ve seen work.
